Well, the lady I spoke to at Comcast on Friday was demanding I provide her with a model number for my model despite nothing on it saying model number. She told me she couldn't help me unless I provided her with this info that I had no way to provide.

@comcastcares @serviceklawyer "Some".... not the ones I want to watch. Making plans to go to a bar Saturday to watch an ACC game instead of my house. My friend Phil just cut the cord and he has the ACC network on his streaming device, Hulu I think. Wife and I are looking into it too.

Here is a random reminder that @Xfinity has THE worst customer service ever! I called to transfer my internet service to my new house and the rep on the line told me that I would need to just call technical support when I move in so that they can send a signal to my address.

For the second time in a week, @Xfinity has been down for a multi hour outage in my area. Today’s says maintenance- that started at 7:15am and “should be done around 7:45pm.” My kids have online homework to do. Argh!

@infieldflygrl @MLB i have MLB. TV and xfinity cable. I can only stream the games through the broken xfinity stream app that sometimes just says “no” and refuses to stream anything.
